Our boxes are made in the USA and are made from solid wood. They are stained in a beautiful walnut finish. There are 3 panels and each panel has a locking bracket on them. They will be shipped flat and minimal assembly is required with no tools necessary. You will simply take the two side panels and lock them into the front panel. From there you can then slide your box into place in front of your tree. When the sad day of taking your Christmas tree comes, you can simply unlock the box by lifting the two sides up, and then it can be stored flat. This size fits most standard tree bases. Please measure your tree stand first to be sure. The side to side dimensions are 22.5 inches across and the diagonal measures 32.5 inches with 14 in heigth. We at Finn & Co.
